Over the past few decades, Malaysia's political leadership has made great efforts towards building a progressive, socially just and a resilient nation. wide-ranging administrative and legal measures have been taken to minimise social repression, economic exploitation, and income disparities, and to meximise andividual input, equality of opportunity, and economic and social development based on equity and justice.
Profound change have been occured, partly as a consequence of deliberate effort and partly due to other factors of development, which in turn have brought about immense improvement in many aspects of malaysian social life.
